EDUonGo, an award winning learning platform that hosts online academies, has announced Salim Dada as their chief financial officer.

Dada is president of Concord Ventures Inc, a boutique investment banking firm based in Washington State. Concord Ventures focuses on sales of businesses in the $750,000 to $50,000,000 value range in the fields of manufacturing, service, distribution, retail and technology. Their services include structuring the deal and arranging financing for each transaction.

Dada has over 20 years of experience in marketing and re-capitalization of companies in a variety of industries including software companies. His education is in Accounting and Finance at the City University of Seattle. Mr. Dada is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors (AMAA).
