EDUonGo Partners with TROBO to Enhance Mobile Learning Experience for Young Children

eLearning platform and storytelling toy robot combine efforts to engage more children with science, technology, engineering and math.

EDUonGo, a cloudbased learning platform that hosts online academies, has partnered with TROBO, a company that sells plush toy robots and storytelling apps to engage young children in science and technology.

The interactive toy robot works wirelessly in conjunction with storytelling TROBO apps that can be downloaded on iPads and iPhones. Children learn from the app’s interactive story elements as the plush toy talks and guides them through stories, puzzles, and quizzes.

In a collaborative effort to engage children with STEM subjects- science, technology, engineering and math EDUonGo will be working with TROBO to integrate the latest technology and create innovative apps.

“We share the goal of captivating young minds with science and technology through innovative apps,” says Ridvan Aliu, CEO of EDUonGo. “Our combined expertise will help us deliver the best learning experience for children.”

After a successful Kickstarter project, TROBO will ship their initial app in the first half of 2015. EDUonGo will be working closely with TROBO to create a platform and curriculum for PreK and Kindergarten programs.

“We are exploring a commonly made request by customers and teachers to use TROBOs in schools,” says Jeremy Scheinberg, cofounder of TROBO. “We’re grateful to have EDUOnGo’s support in our journey.”
