- Enter course.
- Open existing assignment.
- Click “Edit.”
- Add activity by clicking the artist palette icon in right-hand menu bar.
- Click “+ Add Activity.”
- Select quiz form dropdown menu for “Quizzes.”
- Click “Save.”
